About AA Electric Contractors in Naperville, IL

AA Electric Contractors is a family-owned electrical contracting company serving Naperville and the surrounding Chicagoland area across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Rene, a licensed, insured, and bonded master electrician with 20 years in the electrical trade, leads the company his father established over 40 years ago. You work with a team of four experienced technicians who handle everything from panel upgrades and full-home rewiring to commercial installations and industrial electrical systems.

What sets this company apart is the breadth of capability under one roof. Many electrical contractors specialize in just residential or commercial work, but AA Electric Contractors maintains dedicated divisions for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. That means whether you're a homeowner dealing with an outdated electrical panel, a business owner planning a facility expansion, or an industrial client needing specialized power distribution, you're working with electricians who understand the specific codes, materials, and safety protocols your project requires.

The approach here is built on removing obstacles from your experience. AA Electric Contractors handles all permits, inspections, and code compliance documentation so you don't navigate municipal requirements or track down approvals. You receive free estimates that break down the scope of work and investment required before any commitment. When Rene or his team walks your property, you get transparent communication about what needs attention, what meets current code, and what options exist for your specific situation.

Emergency electrical service isn't an afterthought—it's a core capability. Rene personally responds to urgent electrical failures, and the company maintains on-rotation coverage to address situations that can't wait until business hours.

AA Electric Contractors began with Rene's father more than 40 years ago, establishing a reputation for code-compliant work and reliable service throughout the Chicagoland area. When Rene took over the business, he brought two decades of hands-on electrical experience and expanded the company's capabilities to serve residential, commercial, and industrial clients with the same master-level expertise. That continuity means the company's standards weren't built in a few years—they've been refined across thousands of projects and evolving electrical codes.

Operating throughout Naperville and surrounding communities means understanding the mix of property types across the region—from older homes that may need service upgrades to meet modern electrical loads, to new construction requiring full electrical design and installation, to commercial spaces with specific power distribution and lighting control needs. The company's residential division handles everything homeowners face: panel upgrades when circuits can't support additional load, whole-home rewiring for properties with outdated or unsafe wiring, dedicated circuits for appliances and equipment, and troubleshooting when outlets, switches, or fixtures fail.

The commercial and industrial divisions bring that same expertise to business environments. Commercial installations involve coordination with general contractors, adherence to stricter code requirements, and often tighter timelines. Industrial electrical work adds another layer—higher voltages, specialized equipment, and safety protocols that go beyond standard residential or light commercial applications. Because AA Electric Contractors maintains all three divisions, you're working with electricians who've seen the full spectrum of electrical challenges and solutions.
